BLACKOUT takes place two years after the "incident" in which a majority of the world
who were born between 1982-2001 mysteriously fell unconscious. When they came to, one by one,
they discovered something had happened, each of them developed abilities. For the first time
in history the world governments have come together unsure what to do about these people,
