[attr="class","ic_message_scroll"]Dear brother,
I hope Midas is treating you well, and this letter finds you with ease. It has been many years since you left and we all miss you extremely.
Meidias is growing up into a fine young man. He has developed quite an appetite. Ino still has her head in the clouds, reading whatever she can get her hands on. Mother is doing well, she still talks about you every day. And father. He could be doing better.
One evening during dinner he said he wasn’t feeling so well. We, of course, sent him straight to bed, in hopes that sleep would help him. Over the days the sickness has progressively gotten worse. We had a healer come by yesterday, he said he had never seen an individual with symptoms like which father have. There wasn’t anything this healer could do. I have arranged for another healer to stop by again today, though I don’t have high hopes for anything different.
While father has been resting, I have started to take care of his duties. We can’t let the estate fall apart, and mother sure didn’t seem like she wanted to take charge. I was settled into his duties nicely.
I am sending this letter just to inform you of the situation here at home. I will send another letter if the situation gets any better or any worse.
Stay safe,
Scylla
