[attr="class","ic_location2"] [attr="class","ic_year"]Out of Character [attr="class","ic_message_border2"] [attr="class","ic_message_border"] [attr="class","ooc_message"]I can shout, scream and rave as much as I like as a Head Admin, but if my staffers weren't around my decisions and my hopes for Aeipathy's future would fall and die by the wayside pretty quickly. Lots of people seek to thank the community as a whole, or seek to thank a leader or Head Admin. But sometimes, the efforts of those who operate in between are left out or overlooked. I don't ever want to do that. So, this thread is designed to be my messages to my staffers as and when they go above and beyond or just in order to thank them for their continuing efforts. If any other members of the community wish to shout out or speak up, saying thanks to a particular staff member for their particular efforts in a matter or event, please post it below so that they know their dedication is appreciated.

[attr="class","ic_location2"] [attr="class","ic_year"]Out of Character [attr="class","ic_message_border2"] [attr="class","ic_message_border"] [attr="class","ooc_message"] - TO SERAPHINA - Well, what do you say about your first member, first staffer and all around bad-ass Mod? You know you're awesome at assessing Applications and you know you're on Discord nearly all the time in an effort to keep the community active and engaged. But I guess what I want to thank you for is your trust in me. Joining a new site - especially one that has only just started - is never easy. It involves you putting aside concerns and doubts that the site might die off quickly or fade into non-existence. It involves you putting forward a huge amount of effort and devotion, working only on trust that it will work out in the end and you'll get the forum/community you actually want. It also involves a huge amount of faith in the person running the show - that they make the decisions they make for the right reasons and that they aren't going to run the site into the ground (as so many inexperienced admins do). On top of this, it's even harder when you are a confident and determined individual, who has run sites in the past - or is currently running sites - to be able to hold yourself back from not wanting to take the reins. And, while we butt heads occasionally, I am incredibly thankful that, in the end, you trust my decisions and back me up on them as my Moderator. I am of a very similar personality type to you and I know how difficult and trying that can be. So, thank you for your continued faith in me and in Aeipathy... I firmly believe that we would not be where we are today if you hadn't stuck around on that first day <3
