Somehow falling through the cracks of law, the vast amounts of bribery and cheating happening in this province mean that many either think themselves above the law or are royal officials who do not deserve their seat and are merely in place for the gold they can line their pockets with. Trying to find a way out of the province proves difficult too, for its situation far from the main capital and surrounded three out of four sides by deserts, mean that without the right finances to produce the needed supplies, fighting the surrounding environment becomes impossible.
